/01 — Tech Services

Design & engineering,
that turns sites into bankable engineering packages.

PV simulation, wind resource assessment, hydrogen process simulation and CAD layouts. We turn raw sites into engineering packages that lenders, EPC partners and grid operators can act on.

Capabilities

What we deliver inside this discipline.

Each capability is mapped to industry-standard tools — and to the rest of your project lifecycle, so deliverables flow without seams.

Solar PV simulation

PVsyst & HelioScope models with bifacial, tracker and module-level diagnostics — the same models we sign off on in our own EPC work.

Wind resource modelling

WindPRO and WAsP-driven micro-siting, turbulence and wake-loss studies for onshore and offshore wind farms.

Hydrogen process simulation

Aspen HYSYS and MATLAB models from feedstock to ammonia synthesis with full energy and mass balances.

CAD & layout packages

AutoCAD, SketchUp and BIM deliverables — single-line diagrams, civil layouts, cable schedules ready for tender.

How we work

Four phases. One team across all of them.

No hand-offs to sub-contractors mid-project. The engineer who scopes the work signs the deliverable.

PHASE 01

Feasibility input

Site, irradiance, wind, grid POI, water and offtake assumptions captured into a structured intake.

PHASE 02

Energy yield modelling

PVsyst / WindPRO / HYSYS runs with detailed loss accounting and uncertainty bands.

PHASE 03

Engineering package

Layout drawings, single-line diagrams, BoQ and cable / piping schedules.

PHASE 04

Bankability review

Lender-grade documentation: assumptions log, sensitivity analysis, P50/P90 yield and design-basis report.
